Cottage Country Lodge & Cabins is located in Vaughan, which is 17 km southwest of Windsor in the Fundy Shore and Annapolis Valley region. Our private rental properties are situated on 500 acres of land with 2 lakes, with a choice of forest or waterfront sites. Enjoy hiking trails, beach and cross-country skiing with free use of canoes and barbecues.
While staying with us visit the Town of Windsor, where the great game of hockey was first played. Take a tour of the Hockey Centre at the Haliburton House Museum, or enjoy a show at the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia. Ski Martock and the Avon Valley Golf and Country Club are just minutes away.
We have 11 timber-frame cottages with housekeeping facilities (double beds; 2- & 3-bedroom), with a 3-piece (shower) or 4-piece bath (some with whirlpool, dishwasher, laundry and/or fireplace). All rentals come with barbecue, coffee maker, microwave, canoes, paddles and life jackets, toasters, linens, telephones, satellite dish and DVD player. Pets are welcome. Smoking is permitted outside on deck only.
