Code’s Oceanside Inn is perched atop a quiet 13+ acre knoll overlooking a quaint cove which offers a great sheltered harbour to a fishing village, provides sailing and boat tours and excellent staging for ocean kayaking experienced or novice alike. The property has its own private wharf and floating dock for vessels, ocean side barbecue, private beach, ocean side gazebo, canoes, walking trails, swimming all complimented by groomed grounds and gardens. Oceanside Inn is the ideal spot to lay back and just relax, read a book or engage in eco-tourist activities. We are a staging point for types of eco-tourist as we are shouldering famous West Dover Island 2kms and within bicycling distance to nearby famous Peggy’s Cove 7kms.
Oceanside Inn acts as a perfect staging ground for many day activities. Located approximately 36kms from Halifax International Airport which services, domestic, National and International flights, 7 kms from Peggy’s Cove and the Swiss Air Flt 111 Memorial, 45 kms from famous Lunenburg a UNESCO site and many other attractions both of historical and spectacular natural landscape to this region. This region offers many miles of beautiful ocean side highway touring. Amenities including dining and fine dining, access to spirits & wines, golf, pubs and shopping centres all close and easily accessible from Oceanside Inn.
Oceanside Inn offers a variety of room accommodations from Master Suite with over 900 sf ft, en-suite, private balcony including Royal King to standard non-ocean and ocean view rooms with Queen size beds. All rooms are furnished, sitting-viewing areas, 3 piece bathrooms. All rooms come with vaulted ceilings. We provide a tea room and upper balcony to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset.
