Annapolis Royal is a unique small town, situated at the mouth of the Annapolis River and offers many points of interest for its visitors. The Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens offer one of the finest garden displays with 2,000 roses, a Victorian Garden, herb and spice gardens, and an Acadian thatched-roof cottage.
Magnificent museums such as the O’Dell House Museum, circa 1869, the Sinclair Inn, circa 1710, and the North Hills Museum will give you a background of Annapolis life from the Acadians, through French and English occupation, to modern times. You also wont want to miss the national historic sites of Port Royal and Fort Anne.
For family fun, Upper Clements Park is just down the road and is Atlantic Canada’s largest amusement park. Upper Clements also has a wildlife park, home to many of Nova Scotia’s local species in natural settings.
Our accommodations include two charming, spacious rooms and a 2-room suite (twin and queen-sized beds), with large ensuite baths (3-piece with shower or 4-piece). A full country breakfast and evening tea are served daily. Guest amenities include a sun porch, a fireplace in the parlour, along with indoor bike and motorcycle storage. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.
