Captain Spry Bed and Breakfast is located in the Halifax Metro region of Nova Scotia, where you are invited to “hang your hat” and enjoy a Maritime welcome. Located just beyond the scenic Northwest Arm and Armdale Yacht Club, its central location allows for easy travel and sightseeing expeditions.
The South Shore is is a short drive away, and hiking trails are located just off St. Margaret’s Bay Road. A quick jaunt will take you to Halifax’s bustling downtown, with various boutiques and restaurants to delight the senses. The Halifax waterfront boardwalk hugs one of the deepest harbours in the world, and takes you past historic sites and shops that are impossible to resist.
For beachcombers, Queensland Beach and Crystal Crescent Beach are both a 30-minute drive along the gorgeous South Shore.
Our accommodations include three rooms with double or queen beds, with a shared 3-piece bath. Ceiling fans, television and a hairdryer are available in all rooms and a barbecue is available for guests. We serve a homemade continental breakfast between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. and we do not accept pets.
