Buttercup Cottage is a tranquil and private property located on the South Shore just minutes from the “postcard perfect” towns of Mahone Bay and Lunenburg where you can explore the historic sites, unique shops and great dining experience.
Our cottage is direct oceanfront on Echo Bay where you can enjoy beachcombing, sheltered swimming and is an ideal base from which to visit other parts of Nova Scotia, such as Halifax, Peggy’s Cove and Annapolis Valley.
We have a large 2-bedroom cottage (queen and 2 double beds) with a 4-piece bath and will accommodate up to 6 people. Cottage features include living room; dining room; fans; a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, etc.; and cable television, games, books and movies. Outdoors you will find a covered veranda to relax with a barbecue, picnic table and lawn chairs.
