We are minutes away from the ocean and a number of beautiful beaches, and make an ideal base location for soft adventure and day trips to Kejimkujik Park, the world-famous Peggys Cove lighthouse, and downtown Halifax. We are a short drive away from the historic Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the towns of Liverpool and Bridgewater. It is also a great area for cycling, hiking, bird-watching, sailing and photography. Travel to nearby Ovens Natural Park and marvel at the pristine reserve of coastal forest and the magnificent sea caves; there is a hiking trail along which many overlooks offer excellent views of beautiful Lunenburg Harbour and the offshore islands. Stroll along the salt marsh boardwalk or relax and go swimming at Rissers Beach. Guests can wind down with a game of golf or an evening of theatre.
Our accommodations include four units (Single bed, Double bed, Twin bed, King-sized bed, futon, pull-out): three one-bedroom apartments, 4-piece baths (one with Jacuzzi) and light housekeeping; one family unit with a 4-piece bath and a full kitchen. Ocean and beaches are a two-minute walk and four other beaches are nearby. We are an ideal romantic retreat. House-trained pets permitted. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
