Adams’ Knightswood Carriage House Tourist Home is surrounded by beautiful gardens in Dartmouth, part of the Halifax Metro region of Nova Scotia. The Carriage House is set in the centre of mature natural mixed woodland evergreens, surrounded by manicured gardens on a quiet cul-de-sac. In Dartmouth, enjoy the walking trails and interpretive area in Shubenacadie Park, a local municipal park which preserves part of the historic Shubenacadie Canal between Lake Micmac and Lake Charles. Take a day trip into Halifax, just across the harbour, and explore the city’s historic waterfront and the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, as well as fine dining, museums, art galleries and shops. Other local attractions include Fisherman’s Cove, Clam Harbour Beach, Martinique Beach, The Links at Montague and Dartmouth Crossing shops.
The Carriage House is an executive, air-conditioned housekeeping studio apartment, featuring double and queen beds, private 3-piece bath, cable television, DVD player, telephone, Wi-Fi, kitchen, dishwasher, deck and a barbecue.
