12 Mine Road Golf Chalet is a new, 5-star accommodation option for golfers/golfing groups who may be interested in visiting Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs in Inverness, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The prime location borders Cabot Links and our tag line is “Putting distance from Cabot Links.”
The 2,650-square-foot, central air-conditioned/heated, ICF chalet was built in 2009 and has been redesigned to accommodate two golfing foursomes (separately or combined). The upper and lower levels can be rented separately, or both levels simultaneously for a group of eight. The upper level is a 3-bedroom vacation home with king, queen and extra-long twin beds, a 3-piece bathroom plus a 3-piece ensuite, and a full kitchen; the lower-level suite is a 2-bedroom unit with 3-piece bathroom and kitchenette. Please be assured each level can be secured when the upper or lower levels are rented separately.
The unique features of the chalet allow guests to meet/socialize in private areas/decks after a day of golfing on the links. The proximity of the chalet to Cabot Links allows guests to enjoy the facilities of Cabot and the amenities of Inverness town, all within a short walking distance.
While we know golfing groups will enjoy their stay at 12 Mine Road Golf Chalet, this appealing accommodation will provide a wonderful experience for all groups looking to enjoy the area’s unique Celtic culture, hiking trails, deep sea fishing, beautiful sandy beaches including nearby Inverness Beach, salmon fishing, festivals and the breathtaking scenery from every corner on the island, including the world-famous Cabot Trail.
The 25% reservation fee paid at the time of booking (25% of the total cost of rental plus taxes) will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, the advanced payment of 25% of the entire booking plus taxes will be relinquished. For full refund of the reservation fee, cancellations must be made 30 full days prior to the reservation's check-in time of 3pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST).
