The accreditation reviews businesses based on four crucial pillars: inclusive policies and practices, focused training, a commitment to inclusive leadership, and a culture of inclusivity.<\/p>\n<p>By choosing Rainbow Registered businesses during your travels, you directly support spaces championing diversity and inclusion, creating a safer environment for all. The program is designed to increase the safety of guests, visitors and the workforce in the Tourism industry.
