Nova Scotia Craft Beer Festival

A festival with more than 50 Nova Scotia Craft Brewers participating and an opportunity to taste, sample and purchase award winning Nova Scotia Craft Beer that will suite every taste!

The Nova Scotia Craft beer Festival is CBANS’ signature event to showcase more than 50 breweries around Nova Scotia in one location!  It is an opportunity for patrons to try beers they have not had the opportunity to experience!  The Beer Fest is also a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the brewer, the brewery itself and the process.  Every one of our breweries has a unique and interesting story and most have national and global award winning beers.  This year, down on the Halifax Waterfront on September 16-18th weekend, the festival will be the biggest and best in our history.  Food vendors, already a favourite with those who know the waterfront, will also be set up.  This is going to be a down home kitchen party expeience and nothing goes better than a refreshing beer those early September evenings.  For those who are gluten free or Designated Drivers, we have non alcohol beverages at the ready too with lots of flavours reminiscent of hot summer days when you were a kid, such as Lime Ricky and Strawberry!  There will be an evening session on Friday, September 16th and on Saturday, September 17th, there is an afternoon and an evening session.  This will be the event that will be talked about all year long!
