Celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day at Cape Breton Highlands National Park!
Join Mi’kmaw Elder Lawrence Wells, along with Graham Marshall and the Cape Breton Highlands National Park Interpretive Team to recognize and celebrate L’nu traditions, culture, and contributions in Unama’ki.
Events of the day:
10 a.m. – 12 noon
Elder Lawrence Wells will build a teepee at Chéticamp Visitor Centre.
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
