Halifax Health and Wellness Show

The Halifax Health and Wellness Show is Nova Scotia’s biggest wellness event! With 100+ experts, local exhibitors, inspiring speakers, free demos, and amazing prizes—including spa packages and gift cards—there’s something for everyone. We feature locally produced wellness products such as herbal products, handcrafted soap and body products, beauty products, herbal teas, local honey, all handcrafted in our province. We showcase Nova Scotia wellness and self care products and services. Tickets just $6—a portion supports the Mental Health Foundation of NS. Our show dates for 2025 are April 26 and October 18 at Cedar Event Centre, 111 Clayton Park Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
