All About Herbs for Beginner Gardeners

During this experience Laura will give you a personal tour of the Inner Oaks nursery, with lots of interactive conversation about, and tasting of, fresh herbs. Learn how to plant and care for them. Hands on harvesting of the herbs, with tips on drying and storing. Then on to the outside kitchen on the covered veranda for refreshments. You will get to enjoy two different dips and a salsa made from the herbs we pick, along with house spearmint iced tea. Upon completion you get to choose six of your favorite herbs to take home. Those that choose the 5 ft by 3 ft raised bed package will get to take that home, as well.
