Westin Gala Event

Join us on Friday June 15th at Daly’s Restaurant in the Westin Hotel for a fun filled evening. The Westin’s renowned Executive Chef Nelson Borges, will create a ‘Down East’ six course meal paired with a variety of Nova Scotia premium wines.  The evening will be filled with Maritime entertainment including Halifax’s Citadel Hill’s 78th Highlanders (bagpipers), traditional dancers and Celtic musicians. It promises to be quite a night!
 
At this winemaker’s dinner you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of Nova Scotia wines and meet the people who are actively involved in the province’s growing wine and travel industry: Gina Haverstock, winemaker at Gaspereau Vineyards, Halifax’s renown Sommelier and co-owner of Valley Wine Tours, Sean Buckland along with a team from Nova Scotia Tourism will show off Nova Scotia’s best!
