Cape Breton - Bras d'Or Lakes Scenic Drive

Dalem Lake Provincial ParkBoularderie. 3 km (2 mi) east of Boularderie East, 4 km (2.5 mi) north off Hwy 105 at St James Rd. Popular park on a small lake. Hardwood-shaded tables. White sand beach; boat launch for non-motorized boats. Trail 1.5 km (0.5 mi).

Dundee Provincial Park Dundee. 4 km (2.5 mi) west of Dundee Golf Course. Boat launch. Sandy beach.

Groves Point Provincial Park Bras d'Or. Groves Point. 5 km (3 mi) south of Hwy 105, before crossing St. Andrew’s Channel. A popular site with a sandy beach and warm salt water. Tables are scattered under a softwood stand.

MacCormack Provincial Park Iona. Off Rte 223, 0.3 km (0.2 mi) north of Iona. A small picnic park overlooking Bras d’Or Lake, with tables scattered through a softwood forest. Beach access, view of picturesque Plaster Cove.

Whycocomagh Provincial Park Whycocomagh. On Hwy 105, 1.5 km (1 mi) north of the junction of Hwy 105 and Rte 252. A picnic park under a mixed-wood stand on the Bras d’Or shore. Trail to three Salt Mountain lookoffs offering excellent views of Bras d'Or Lake; 1.5 km (1 mi) each way. Camping.
