Candlelight Graveyard Tours - Annapolis Royal
Alan Melanson (a town local and Acadian historian) offers a candlelight tour of the Garrison graveyard that starts at Fort Anne. Each guest is provided with an antique lantern to light the way during the tour. Alan dresses in period costume, including a top hat and mourning scarf, and tours the oldest English graveyard in Canada, exploring the lives and history of the people who are buried there.
